Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply call 402.699.1451 or email us at info@solchicks.com, and we will replace, refund or issue a store credit. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Sol Chicks purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are accepted 10 days from shipping date. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Ordering
Most orders are ready to be shipped within 7-10 days of your order date. If any item is back-ordered you will be notified by email with the expected ship date. Sol Chicks accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Any item purchased with a personal check is subject to a waiting period of up to 7 days in addition to our normal 7-10 business day order turnaround, in order for the check to clear. Returned checks will be assessed a $20 service fee. Products will not be released to the customer until the amount is paid in full.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders are SHIPPED in 7-10 days from the day your order was placed. Orders are shipped via USPS from Nebraska and will arrive in an additional 1-5 days depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipment confirmation. For express shipping options, please contact Sol Chicks prior to your order for availability and additional charges.

International Orders are subject to an additional charge and shipping does not include duty or taxes which are paid by the recipient of the package.
